In an effort to gather valuable community insights, staff members from the Mid-Iowa Planning Alliance (MIPA) will be setting up a table at Pleasantville’s annual Pig Out festival, Friday June 14 4PM-8PM. The Pig Out offers a festive atmosphere perfect for engaging with residents and collecting their thoughts on the Marion County Comprehensive Plan. MIPA staff will be on hand to answer questions, listen to concerns, and gather ideas that will help shape the future of Marion County. This outreach effort highlights MIPA’s commitment to creating a comprehensive plan that reflects the needs and aspirations of all county residents.
